GOLD TRUCK SERVICE

1. DieselWorks Plus, Inc. will assign a professional TEAM to your account to maintain your equipment.

2.  Your will have a service TEAM that is familiar with your equipment available to you 24 hours A day for consultation.

3. Your preventive maintenance plan will be scheduled regularly  by appointment so that you will not have to wait for service.

4. DieselWorks Plus, Inc. will perform the following services monthly on your truck for $ 350 per month on an  annual contractual basis:

· Change Oil, Oil Filters, Fuel Filters, Lube every 15,000 miles or monthly.

· Tractor Wash Monthly.

· DOT Inspection Monthly, all minor repairs (i.e. parts that cost less than $25.00 will be included in inspection.

· Oil analysis will be performed every oil change and recorded for the crankcase, transmission and the differential.  Record will be kept on file.

· One complete brake job per year.

· Annual Overhead.

· VIP members will receive a 10% discount on all Parts Sales.

GOLD TRAILER SERVICE

1. DieselWorks Plus, Inc. will assign a professional TEAM to your account to maintain your equipment.

2. Your will have a service TEAM that is familiar with your equipment available to you 24 hours A day for consultation

3.Your preventive maintenance plan will be scheduled regularly  by appointment so that you will not have to wait for service.

4. DieselWorks Plus, Inc. will perform the following services monthly on your trailer for $ 150 per/ month on an  annual contractual basis:

· Trailer Wash Monthly.

· Lube Trailer Monthly.

· DOT Inspection Monthly—all minor repairs (i.e. parts that cost less than $25.00 will be included in inspection.

· One Complete Brake job per year.

· VIP members will receive a 10% discount on all Parts Sales.

GOLD TIRE SERVICE

Purchase New Truck Tires or Trailer Tires at DieselWorks Plus, Inc.

at their Everyday Discounted Price.

 This purchase price will include:

· Mount and Balance the new tires.

·      DieselWorks Plus, Inc. Tire Warranty.

· Trade-in old tires for credit. (Must have 6/32”  tread depth left).

· 3—Axle Alignment

For $150.00 per month DieselWorks Plus, Inc. will provide:

· Free 3—Axle Alignment Check

· Free balance for life of tires

· Flats fixed free

· Free Tire Rotation

· Road Hazard Warranty

· Install a new set of tires in 12 months - Customer will pay $30.00 per tire for dismount, mount & balance.
